So you have re-installed Lightroom Creative Cloud – Classic and you don’t see the plugin in Publishing Sevices? Even if you click the install button – the plugin does not appear?
This usually happens when Adobe Exchange has not synced all of your extensions with Adobe Creative Cloud. In this tutorial, I am going to show you how to force Adobe Creative Cloud to sync all of your extensions with Adobe Exchange.
First, make sure that you are running the latest version of Creative Cloud on your computer. Make sure that Adobe Lightroom Classic is not open.
Open this link in your web browser: https://exchange.adobe.com/my-exchange.html
This will ask you to log in to your Adobe Creative Cloud account – please log in and then click the SYNC EXTENSIONS button:
After clicking this button you should see a notification that your extensions have been synced.
Open Adobe Lightroom Classic and the Plugin will be visible in the Publishing Services section.
