Adobe just released a new version of Lightroom CC and Lightroom Classic CC. Some users have reported that the plugin no longer works – that Lightroom shows that the plugin is no longer compatible with the new version of Lightroom.
But no worries – there is an easy solution for this. Open the Adobe Creative Cloud app → open the MARKETPLACE tab → open MANAGE PLUGINS section. Here you will see all of the extensions that you have installed – including the SmugMug plugin – with an error icon:
As you can see on the above screenshot – the plugin is installed but you cannot enable it. To solve this issue click on the three-dot icon and choose the uninstall option:
Don’t worry – the plugin will still show on this page once you have uninstalled it. Now click the INSTALL button to install it once again and this will solve the issue.
Your plugin will work exactly as before.

I have just checked the PayPal link and I can confirm it is working fine.
I am not seeing the three dots — instead, I am seeing an exclamation point in a triangle, with “Not compatible” next to it.
Which version of Lightroom are you using?
Same Issue. No 3 dots. Just says not compatible. I am running Lightroom 10.2.
Jay, thanks for the info. Can you please email the support heroes and make sure you sent a screenshot of the incompatibility error with your message.
This seems to be broken in a different way for Lightroom Classic 10.2. The Exchange listing does say 10.0, so I suspect it’s legitimately incompatible – or at least the versions it works with needs to be incremented. I emailed [email protected] about it.

Thank you. Yes. This works for 10.2. For Windows 10 you have to create the Modules folder as described in the instructions.
I’m using LrC 10.2 I have the same issue of the 3 dots not showing. I’ve updated SmugMug support.

Yes this works. Just manually install it as described and ignore the Adobe Cloud error. You have to create the Modules folder as described.
